The mission: to help make a visit to New York City unforgettable for the global leadership network Young Presidents’ Organization. Utilizing the itinerary, Corporate Gift Concierge planned tokens representative of each event on the agenda.  A bicycle ride in Central Park called for water bottle, map and plastic poncho in case of rain; a visit to Ground Zero was commemorated with an NYFD cap;  a ladies’ afternoon tea inspired a tea tin (filled with the very tea variety they would later sip) tied with a silver tea scoop. corporate gifts New YorkA calculator and pen from a Wall Street investment banking firm marked their visit to the stock exchange, while a night on Broadway prompted commemorative menu and printed history of the 21 Club Restaurant, a CD of a Broadway musical, a tin of NY mints and a Big Apple box of candy.  All items were tucked into a Nike laptop carryall and tagged with a special greeting, delivered and waiting for each guest upon arrival at the hotel.

Collaborating with the executive staff of a company investing in travel and leisure properties, we designed a gift for 150 attendees traveling to Rancho Las Palmas in Palm Springs and Barton Creek Resort in Austin Texas.  Leather passport covers and luggage tags with debossed company logo, sunglasses with etched logo, cases and lens cleaners with company name imprint were wrapped to coordinate with dinner table décor and resort ambiance.

Printed satin ribbon, printed company tissue and stickers and tags personalized the gifts to leave the right impression.  An engraved alarm clock (set to Texas time) and a custom leather travel box with logo wrapped in leather paper and topped off with a metal Texas Star magnet printed with company name was added for Texas attendees.

A golf luncheon featured a table centerpieces for each hole, complete with turf, golf balls and flags.  A gift of golf cap with magnetic ball marker featuring company logo was wrapped in cellophane and topped with logo print ribbon.

Corporate Gift Concierge created a “welcome gift” for a company ski outing. Our solution: a micro fiber top and ski vest embroidered with company logo and a leather travel kit with debossed logo, corporate gifts denverall wrapped with a card personalized by size and recipient’s name. For that extra touch, we included hard candy to fill the vest pockets, sunscreen and lip balm, private-label bottled water, logo-imprinted, foil-wrapped chocolate mints, and ski trail maps. The company’s 60 attendees received not only lovely gifts but gained enduring memories of the experience and the company.

corporate gift concierge's magic touch

Placed on attendees’ pillows at the close of day in Resort Spa in Texas: miniature flocked cowboy hat boxes, detailed with a company logo band and filled with a chocolate truffle wrapped in the company’s color.  The story of the cowboy hat and schedule of the next day’s events accompanies the tiny gift.

On the pillow at the close of day at the Las Palmas Resort in California, a 4 pc. Gold Ballotin Godiva Chocolate box with company-imprinted ribbon for all 120 guests.

Wrapped in gold paper and tied with company-imprinted ribbon, a card magnifier with LED light to read the last words of a good book in the quiet darkness of a hotel room, a program in a crowded dark theatre or a menu in a dimly lit restaurant.

A small silver frame holding the wedding couple’s photo and personalized message to each guest—hand-tied with white satin ribbon bows and set at the table place settings for 200 attendees.

our magic

When the occasion calls for something special–perhaps tickets to the theatre, a generous gift card, coordinating a distinctive item or combining items together for a more significant presentation—Corporate Gift Concierge adds that elusive element of magic to make your gift unforgettable.

We can assist in the purchase, offer ideas, make suggestions and coordinate the details.  With a little cellophane, a special box, unusual wrappings and decorative touches that highlight the gift and reflect the giver, your organization’s style and thoughtfulness will inspire each recipient.

With a simple phone call we can arrange a thank you, a birthday or a special occasion. Your gift will be customized with your message and if the delivery is local, in many cases it can be hand-delivered directly to the recipient in the office or home.

Your personal concierge. For giving that goes beyond “corporate.”

“I have been thrilled with Gracious Gifts. I started using the gift services last year for our annual Awards Dinner. I normally spend days trying to locate the paper, then I need to wrap the awards myself which takes a lot of time while I am doing all my other responsibilities at work. Last year I had twice as many awards and thought it might be cost efficient to go ahead and pay someone to do it for me.  The customer service and turn-around to get the project done was less time than if I had to run out and buy the paper and supplies and they did such a wonderful job and were so creative in the use of color and paper and had the utmost professionalism. This year they did one better by adding the name tags. This is the best choice if you want to save time and money, but have professional wrapping done in a creative way.”
